The recordkeeping careers hub is a funded partnership initiative between The National Archives (UK) and the Archives and Records Association UK & Ireland.
The aim of the hub is to improve diversity in the recordkeeping sector by helping employers attract a stronger range of job applicants and by making recordkeeping careers more accessible to a wider range of people through:
This site was launched in Autumn 2025 and is currently still in a Beta testing phase. We would like to encourage users of the site to give us feedback on their experience in order to help us improve and develop the site in the future.

The National Archives is the official archive and publisher for the UK Government, and for England and Wales. They are the guardians of over 1,000 years of iconic national documents.
The National Archives fulfils a leadership role for the archive sector in England and provides expert advice on the management of archives. They lead on the Government’s vision for archives, helping archives to raise awareness of their place at the heart of society and to become more accessible, inclusive and sustainable.
